This option determines how often the specific rule should be applied. Whether recurring or one-time.
Recurring #
Run only on these days #
The rule will apply only on days you add to this setting
One-time #
Date #
The date that the rule should apply. If it should only apply for one day, then enter the same days inside from and to.
Override all other rules #
Enabling this feature overrides all other rules for that day, applying only that specific rule.
During these times #
Set the start and end time for when this rule should apply.
Apply rule to #
NOTE: This setting is only shown when you have the Show a fulfillment type selection modal option enabled.
Select the fulfillment/order type that the rule should apply to. For example, setting the option to Delivery orders means that it would only apply when the customer selects Delivery as their fulfillment type.
This feature only takes effect if you are using the fulfillment type selection modal. This ensures that customers aren’t surprised by a different product catalog if they update their order type at checkout and then navigate back to the shop.
Rule Type #
Two rule types are currently available in the plugin. They are Product category or tag and Product name.
Product category or tag #
Below is a breakdown of how the different combinations of the “Rule Relationship” and “Show only products that are” dropdowns affect the products that show on the store. In the below examples we consider a category called Shoes and a tag called Leather.
Rule Relationship: AND + Show products: IN #
Show products that have BOTH Shoes AND Leather tag
Products will be shown if they have:
- Both Shoes and Leather tag ✅
Products will be hidden if they have:
- Shoes alone ❌
- Leather tag alone ❌
- Neither Shoes nor Leather tag ❌
Simple rule: Only show products that have ALL of these together.
Rule Relationship: AND + Show products: NOT IN #
Hide products that have Shoes OR Leather tag (or both)
Products will be hidden if they have:
- Shoes alone ❌
- Leather tag alone ❌
- Both Shoes and Leather tag ❌
Products will be shown if they have:
- Neither Shoes nor Leather tag ✅
Simple rule: If a product has ANY of these, hide it.
Rule Relationship: OR + Show products: IN #
Show products that have Shoes OR Leather tag (or both)
Products will be shown if they have:
- Shoes alone ✅
- Leather tag alone ✅
- Both Shoes and Leather tag ✅
Products will be hidden if they have:
- Neither Shoes nor Leather tag ❌
Simple rule: If a product has ANY of these, show it.
Rule Relationship: OR + Show products: NOT IN #
Hide products that have BOTH Shoes AND Leather tag
Products will be hidden if they have:
- Both Shoes and Leather tag ❌
Products will be shown if they have:
- Shoes alone ✅
- Leather tag alone ✅
- Neither Shoes nor Leather tag ✅
Simple rule: Only hide products that have ALL of these together.
⚠️ Note: This works the opposite of what you might expect! If you want to hide products with ANY of these, use AND instead.
Product name #
Select Show ONLY the following products when you are creating a rule where only the selected product names should show on the store.
Select Hide the following products when you are creating a rule where the seleected products should NOT show on the store.
